SAR's new NorCal branch has launched!

Yoshika will head the new branch in the SF Bay Area. She took two deathrow dogs up north and placed them into foster homes while searching for permanent homes. She will be expanding her foster home network and hopefully very soon more dogs from shelters here in SoCal will have a second chance.
