It's always baffling when we pick up a dog from a shelter to find a perfectly socialized, playful, easy-going, good looking pup.
Why anyone would give up a dog like this is anybody's guess. This is the case with our newest discovery, Rocky.
He's kid friendly, dog friendly and just plain old friendly! Rocky would be a great starter Boxer for anyone looking for a bomb-proof
dog, or for an experienced Boxer person who just happens to love everything about the wiggliest breed in all the canine world.
Rocky is a true winner!

Max was saved from a high-kill shelter where one of our volunteers noticed how scared but sweet and gentle he was. He has been neutered and is going into a foster home soon. More to come once we get to know him a bit better. Check out his break-out video when our volunteer bailed him out:

Preparations for our SACHI ADOPTION EXTRAVAGANZA in San Jose are in full swing! Yoshika and her team up north completed home checks and have already 10+ adoption appointments set up for this coming Saturday which of course means that 10 or more Boxers will be placed. How great is that!!
